INGREDIENTS• chicken weighing 300-350 g
• chard leaves - 10 g
• sesame seeds - 1 tsp..

• corn salad - 30 g
• juice marinated ginger - 1 tbsp. l.
• small red onion - 1 pc.
• cashew - 2 tbsp. l.
• frize salad - 30 g
• Asparagus - 2-3 pcs.
• watercress salad - 5 g
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
• fresh grated ginger - 1/2 tsp..
• olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Step by step recipe for cooking
Boneless chicken to boil in salted water until tender. Cooked fillets cool and cut into pieces.
While cooked fillet, prepare the other ingredients. Onion peel and finely chop. Green onions cut into rings. Finely chopped asparagus. Sesame seeds and cashew nuts fry in turn on a dry frying pan until golden brown.
Tangerine peel and cut slices without peel. Slices postponed, and the rest of the core to squeeze the juice into a separate container. In a cup combine the juice of pickled ginger and grated ginger, tangerine juice and olive oil, pepper well and mix thoroughly.
