Recipe kanape with salmon "Rosettes"


How to cook canape with salmon.
Ingredients:
100 g - slightly salted salmon
1 PC. - cucumber
50 g - oil
parsley
bread white.
Instructions:
I cut the white bread into thin slices, cut out the circle with the aid of a mold.
Then brown their frying pan or oven. Grease the cooled parts of bread with butter.
I spread on each piece of bread a thin circle of a cucumber, having put under it 2-3 twigs of parsley.
I cut the fish in long thin strips. I roll the strips into a roll - they will make roses.
The fish is laid out with roses for cucumbers.
I spread the canapé with salmon on a flat dish and serve it to the table.
