Parma ham 45 g
mascarpone cheese 40g

Step by step recipe for cooking
Roll out the dough into a cake with a diameter of 30-32 cm using a rolling pin. Coat the tomato sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Randomly put mascarpone and send bake in the oven, preheated to a temperature of 250 C.
Take the pizza out of the oven, cut into 8 pieces, put on the basis of Parma ham, arugula, sprinkle with truffle oil, sprinkle with oregano and serve.

For the test: 15 g fresh yeast, 0.5 l water, 1 tbsp. L. Sugar, 800 g of flour, 2 tsp. Salt, vegetable oil for greasing a baking sheet.
For the filling: 150 grams of tomato sauce, 250 grams mozzarella , 1 jar of olives (pitted), 250 g of cherry tomatoes, 1 tsp. Dried Italian herbs, 1 tbsp. L. Olive oil, salt, pepper
Yeast is bred in a small amount of warm water with the addition of sugar.
We add the remaining water, pour out a little flour and mix it.
Gradually adding flour, kneading soft dough. When about half of the flour is consumed, add salt.
Finally knead the dough for 7-8 minutes on the table, pouring the remaining flour. Cover the finished dough with an inverted bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Then divide into three lumps.
While we are working with one, we keep the others under a bowl, so that they do not get weaker.
We flatten the lump of dough with our hands and stretch, while forming the rim. The thickness of the dough should not be more than 0.4 cm.
Place the cake on a greased baking sheet and apply a layer of tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, sliced olives and dried herbs.
We distribute cherry tomatoes. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Ready to pizza sprinkle with olive oil, pepper and serve to the table.
