Sift in a bowl of rye and wheat flour. Add a pinch of salt.
Pour 1 cup of boiled water at room temperature. To mix.
Add the softened oil. Stir until smooth homogeneous dough. Drain it in a bowl. Wrap in foil and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Bacon cut into cubes. Peel onion and chop large.
Heat the frying pan and fry the bacon over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Add the onion, increase the heat. Roast, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes. Remove from heat.
