Maryland Crab Chops.
COOKING TIME: 35 minutes

Ingredients
Crab (meat) 500 g
Eggs 1 pc.
Breadcrumbs (breaded) 2 tbsp.
Mayonnaise 1,5 tbsp.
Parsley (crushed) 2 tsp.
Mustard (ground seeds) 1.5 tsp.
Sauce (spicy) 1 tsp.
Pepper (black ground) to taste
Salt to taste
Whisk egg, mayonnaise, hot sauce and mustard in a bowl.
Add the rusks, parsley, salt and pepper to the mixture.
Finely chop the crab meat and add to the rest of the ingredients. Stir well.
Form the minced meatballs and put them on a greased frying pan with oil.
Fry over moderate heat for 10-15 minutes until a delicious golden crust is formed.
Serve with lemon, herbs and tartar sauce.

Fish (cod fillets) 450 g
Eggs 1 pc.
Flour (optional) 3-4 tablespoons
Parsley (freshly sliced) 2 tbsp.
Onion (green) 2 feathers
Juice (lemon) 1/2 tbsp.
Garlic 2 cloves
Pepper (spicy) 1/2 tbsp.
Oil (olive) 1 tbsp.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper (black ground) 1/8 tsp.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Defrost the fish fillet, if you use frozen, or pat dry with a paper towel if you use a chilled.
With a knife, cut the fish finely.
Put the fish in a bowl, add the egg, flour, chopped pepper, onions and garlic, lemon juice and spices. Hand mix everything to a homogeneous mass.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Spoon small balls of minced meat. Lightly press them and send them to the oven for 20-25 minutes, until a golden crust appears.
An ideal addition to such cutlets is homemade mayonnaise or dzadziki sauce.
