This recipe, of course, will appeal to fans of ketodites and lovers of low-carb dishes. In our salad not only contains a lot of omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, iron and fiber, it is also very simple and quickly prepared and can easily replace the whole lunch or dinner.

Low-carbohydrate salad with fillet of mackerel, green beans, avocado and eggs.

Ingredients
Fish (fillet of mackerel) 180 g
Beans (hulled) 200 g
Salad (mix) 120 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Avocado 1 pc.
Lemon ½ pcs.
Oil (olive) 2 tbsp.
Oil (vegetable) 1 tbsp.
Mustard (Dijon) 1 tsp
Pepper (black ground) to taste
Salt to taste
Cook hard-boiled eggs, chill and peel.
Prepare fish fillets: make a few diagonal cuts on the skin, season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Preheat the frying pan, add the vegetable oil and lay the fish skin down. Cook on medium heat until a crispy crust is formed from below and the fish is completely ready.
Pour the water into a small saucepan, pour the string bean, bring the water to a boil and cook for another couple of minutes. Drain hot water and add cold or ice to the beans so that it does not lose color.
In a bowl, put a salad mix, a string bean, a quarter of eggs and pieces of fish.
For the sauce mix olive oil, mustard and juice of half a lemon. Season the salad and serve to the table.
