Ketchup "Yum"


Ingredients:
-3 Kg tomato
-0.5 Kg of apples
-0.25 Kg of onions
Preparation: 
All the chop and cook until the onion is soft.

Tomato sauce recipe.


Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 2.5 kg
Sugar - 0,5 cups
Black pepper - 20 peas

Cooking method.
Ripe tomatoes rinse and cut out the stems.

The resulting tomato mass bring to a boil and evaporate over low heat (1.5-2 hours) until it thickens.

Strain the resulting ketchup.


You can serve immediately after cooling. It can also be poured into sterilized jars, sealed for long-term storage.
