We will need these ingredients:
• 400 grams of chicken;
eggs - 4 pieces;
• sour cream (low-fat) - 250 g;
• chesnok- 1 clove;
• anchovies - 2-3 pieces;
• Parmesan cheese;
• 100 g of crackers (croutons);
• green salad (for decoration);
• olive oil.

Cooking method:
1 First, you need to cook the sauce for the salad. To do this, you need to beat with a mixer at medium speed of 250 g low-fat sour cream (in the original cream was not, but it will taste better, possible replacement for mayonnaise, depending on your preference), add to it chopped anchovies, grated on a fine cheese grater (original parmesan) and one finely chopped clove of garlic. You can also add a few drops of lemon juice.
