CAKES KINDER.


INGREDIENTS:
For the dough will need:
● 4 pcs. - Egg
● 80g. - Sugar
● 20 ml. - Milk
● 100 ml - Vegetable oil
● 4 tbsp. l. - Muka
● 2 tbsp. l. - Cocoa powder
● 2 tbsp. l. - Honey
● 1 h. L. - Razryxlitel test
Cream:
● 50g. - Sugar
● 100 ml - Milk
● 200 ml - condensed milk
● 2 tbsp. L - Honey
● 200 ml - Cream (20% or cream)
● 25 grams - Gelatin

PREPARATION:
Prepare the dough:
Eggs divide into yolks and whites. Proteins whip with a mixer in a lush lather. Incandescent whip the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla.
Add the milk, then vegetable oil and honey. Sift cocoa and flour with baking powder.
And I stirred in the coupling with proteins.
The dough is divided into two equal parts and bake at a time, in the oven at 180 degrees about 12 minutes.

Cream:
Gelatine soaked in two tablespoons of water to swell.
I take 50 ml of milk and add gelatin, put on low heat to dissolve the gelatin. Do not boil!
I add condensed milk, remaining milk and honey 50ml.
In a separate bowl whip the cream with sugar and vanilla until thick, about 4-5 minutes.
The whipped cream adding some milk cream and stir.
The cream thickens put it on 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
When the cakes have cooled, grease the cake on top of covering the second.
One can prepare the glaze - sour cream, cocoa, sugar and a little butter.
I leave to soak for 3 hours.
