• 350 g Camembert cheese (cut into thin slices)

For the arugula pesto:
• 75 g arugula
• 40 grams of pine nuts
• 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
• 100 ml of olive oil

Cooking method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the peppers in half, remove the stalks with seeds. Spread half the fruit in a baking dish and brush up slices 1 tbsp. l. olive oil. Put for 10 minutes in the oven, remove and set aside to cool.
2 Increase the oven temperature to 230 ° C. Trim the ends of the shoots of asparagus, boil it in salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes (depending on the thickness of the shoots). Transfer to a colander, pour over cold running water (this will help keep the green vegetable) and allow to drain.
3 Heat a frying pan 1 tbsp. l. olive oil and sauté the onion until soft and garlic (3-4 minutes). Remove from heat. Roll out the dough into a square with a side of 40 cm and cut into four squares with a side of 20 cm. With a sharp knife mark squares on the edges of the frame, departing 1 cm from the edge on each side, without cutting the workpiece to the end. Within the framework of the dough with a fork pricked. Lubricate the edge of mashed egg.
4 Grind in a blender or food processor baked pepper, fry the onion and garlic. Spread the prepared sauce puff within the framework outlined by the edges. Put the slices of Camembert and asparagus.
Season with rock salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle with a little oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Prepare the pesto: Put in blender bowl arugula, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil. Mix until a coarse sauce. Pour a small amount of ready-made puff pesto and serve with a crisp green salad.
