Czech cuisine - Karlovy Vary roll


We will need these ingredients:
Veal fillet - 400 g
Bacon or lard - 40 g
Meat sausage or ham - 40 g

• Flour - 1 tbsp. a spoon

Cooking method:
Pulp veal notch along the way that then open it and fight off, eventually getting a large flat piece.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bacon and smoked meat cut into thin slices, put on veal evenly.
Cucumber finely chop.
Beat eggs and stir lightly fry in oil. Then cool and place the next layer of meat.
Sprinkle with chopped cucumber.
Roll the meat into a roll, tie culinary thread and fry on all sides in a hot pan for 7-8 minutes.
Transfer the strudel in a baking dish with high sides, pour the water at 1 cm from the bottom.
Bake the loaf at 150-160 ° for about an hour, periodically pouring juice formed.
Flour fry on a dry frying pan for 1-2 minutes.
For the sauce, strain evolved during frying of meat juice and season it with flour.
Before serving, cut the roll into smaller pieces and pour the sauce liberally.
Serve the roll with potatoes (boiled or fried), rice, steamed veg soup or a fresh salad.
