Pizza on a thin dough with onions.

For 4 servings:
For the test: 
2 tsp. Dry yeast, 
1.5 cups of warm water
0.5 kg of flour
1 tbsp. L. Olive oil
1 tbsp. L. Salt, 
1 tbsp. L. Sugar, 
cornmeal and vegetable oil for baking.
For the filling: 1
00 g of tomato sauce, 
200 g of grated cheese, 
1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 
basil leaves or thyme, 
salt, pepper.

Mix the yeast with water and sugar. Add a little flour, kneading the batter. 
Add salt, olive oil and remaining flour. We mix 7-8 minutes. 
We roll a ball out of the dough, grease it with butter, place it in a large bowl, cover it and leave it to rise for 1.5 hours in a warm place. 
We cut the finished dough into two flat cakes and roll them out with a rolling pin into a circle with a diameter of 30 cm. 
Using a rolling pin, we transfer it to a baking sheet oiled with oil and sprinkled with corn flour. Lubricate cakes with oil, pierce with a fork, edge slightly lift and tear. 
We set for 7 minutes in a preheated oven to 220 degrees. 
Lubricate the sauce, lay out the filling - cheese, thin slices of tomatoes and diced onion rings. Bake until cooked. Solim, pepper.
